Okay, the four therapeutic properties of aspirin are

Analgesic relieves pain, used for the relief of headaches and aches and pains.

Anti-inflammatory in higher doses used for the treatment of inflammatory conditions such as arthritis.

Antipyretic reduces fever

Platelet Aggregation Inhibitor in lower doses, aspirin can prevent dangerous blood clots from forming, so is used preventatively to lessen the chance of a heart attack or stroke. (It can also work the other way and increase the chance of serious bleeding in some people).
