just wondering if everyone here seeks couciling or some other form of help whilst taking medication?
my sister is an RN and believes i should seek counciling to get to the bottom of my issues, though some of them cannot be resolved through talking.. i know that much. so what to do?
im not sure how i am meant to stop these feelings and thoughts i have when i dont know how to? it is harder to change the way you think and feel than most people out there say it is. im taking 10mg
Lexapro at the moment, and although alot here seem to have bad experiences with either taking it or withdrawing from it, it seems to be making things better for me now that i am getting over the fatigue during the day and insomnia at nights..
just wondering what you do to help you get over things while on medication, to ensure you are in a better state of mind once you come off your meds...?
