Basically Percodan is 5 mg oxycodone and 325 mg aspirin.

Only the names are similar. Neo-Percodan contains no oxycodone.

Neo-Percodan is 65 mg propoxyphene hydrochloride and 500 mg acetaminophen.

Neo-Percodan can be described as a pain killer similar to WYGESIC, but Neo-Percodan contains more acetaminophen.

Edited to correct the info:

Neo-Percodan contains less acetaminophen than Wygesic. Sorry - Wygesic contains 650 mg generic Tylenol and Neo-Percodan contains 500 mg generic Tylenol.
