Default West-ward 348 identify?

Found a small tylenol shaped pill, it's white and says West-ward 348.
What is this?

I found a small white pill with West-Ward 480 written on it. I'm curious what it is. If it is important medication, perhaps I can return it to its owner.

I can't find anything on the first one, Westward 348

But Westward480 is propylthiouracil, 50mgs, an antithryoid
