a week on prozac, can i take phentermine

Hi, Does anyone know if it would hurt me to start back on my phentermine for weight loss, i started taking prozac over a week ago, then i decided to stop 3 days ago so that i can take the phentermine, which i had left over from weight loss program, i was told that phentermine and antidepressants will cause seritoniun syndrome (sorry for the mispelling) thanks
