Default Weaning off Inderal

My doctor has me on Novo-Propanolol for menstrual migraines. I've recently had trouble with my asthma, and in checking online, I see that this medication is NOT recommended for people taking Advair (which I do).

I've decided to stop taking the Inderal and am wondering if I can just stop totally, or if there's some painful weaning-off process that I have to endure...please tell me there's not...

Stormie,
I wish I could lie to you about stopping Inderal, but the truth is you do have to taper off. The good news is that it should only be about a 2 week process. Sorry, but I didn't want ya ta just stop all of a sudden Talk with your doc first before you just take yourself off though, okay. He/she will be able to tell you the dosages to taper down to, okay? Good luck.
