Can anybody tell me if Warfarin INR results, taken at fortnighty intervals, of 2.1 2.3 1.7 1.5 1.6 1.8 in a patient with arterial fibrillation (recommended theraputic range 2.00 - 3.00) indicate the medication was not being taken regularly? How long does it take for levels to drop once the drug is not taken when scheduled - hrs, days or weeks?
