I take 2 tablets of Lortab, 10/500 MG each. Hydrocodone/APAP. As needed every 6 hours.

How much Darvocet would I need to take maybe every 4 hours, or 6 hours, to equal the analgesic effect of Lortab 10/500 MG tablets every 6 hours?

I heard they only manufacture 200 MG propoxephene tablets, the strongest? Is that true, also?

Don't bother, it's basically worthless, Darvocet is 1/40 the strength of morphine, hydrocodone is .6 times as strong as morphine, you do the math, but you still won't get the same effectiveness, it doesn't target opiate receptors the same. The strongest Propoxyphene Napsylate/Acetaminophen (Darvocet-N 100) comes in is 100/650mgs.
Even the FDA agrees Darvocet isn't much more effective the acetaminophen, and they're planning on phasing it out.
Plus as you can see to make it equal places the acetaminophen in the toxic range, or close to it, so forget it.
The lowest it comes in is 50/325mg (Darvocet-N 50), and there's 100/500mg (Darvocet-A 500)
