Default Vitamin B-12 & Canker Sores

What to take for a possible deficiency? Does this depletion include muscle weakness? Are canker sores a symptom of not enough B-12? I wonder if B-12 is checked in a normal CBC test?

There's many causes of canker sores, vitamin B-12 deficiency is only one cause, and it's found to be an effective treatment. I don't believe vitamin deficiency is included in a standard CBC (complete blood count) test.

Vitamin B-12 deficiency common early symptoms are tiredness or a decreased mental work capacity, decreased concentration and decreased memory, irritability and depression.
