Does vicodin work on muscular pain. i have a prescription that i use for a chronic pain (which is not the pain today). I have worked out with a trainer at the gym hard for the last two days and am having severe muscular pain (all over, i might add). i am not sure if the vicodin will subside the muscular pain, so i want to make sure it is worth taking. anyone?

For short term use the vicodin will be fine.Keep workin out....Dave

stretching will help the aching subside..........also, rubbing your muscles(massaging) releases endorphines in your muscles that ease the soreness naturally. its kind of that hurt-so-good feeling!!!
