I took a 50mg tablet around 6pm expecting that my girlfriend would come over for dinner and drinks. She got caught up at work and did not make until about 11:30. I was afraid that I miss the 4 hour window that the Viagra suppose to work so; I took a pill cutter and took another 25mg dose. Everything work out fine besides the light dizziness and headache, but I was wondering was that 2nd dose necessary. The directions say that you should not take more than one tablet per day. In the situation that nothing happens within that 4-5 hour window, is it safe to go ahead a take a 2nd pill after 5 hours of the first dose.
