Default Various medications and alcohol interaction

Right now I am taking two medications that I am not supposed to drink alcohol with. However, I do drink and everything has been fine. But now I am about to start taking two additional medications that I am not supposed to drink alcohol with and wonder if this will compound the effects.

Will there be extra side effects with four different medications as opposed to two? Should I actually stop drinking because of this? Any info would be really helpful.

You should go back and read your post and see how foolish this sounds. You say yourself that you shouldn't be drinking with the medications four times during your short post. No way I would tell you to drink anything. Don't think hardly anyone would.

Of course you should stop drinking. You can go to the top of this page and check where it say drug interaction checker. You can check your meds and see if they have any likely side effects or interaction taken together. Good luck.

I agree completely with the reply but to add to that, He did not even say what drugs he was drinking with. I wa salways told not to drink with antibiotics because they will not work with alcohol in your system (Just accepted it as fact), but other drugs will kill you when combined with alcohol. Just stay away from alcohol when on meds!
