I took a valium yesterday and at first I just had a dry mouth and throat. Then it progressed to a sore throat. I'm not sure if the valium caused this or not. Is this something I should be worried about?

Sorry about that if you got that last e-mail, i was just wanting to let you know that the valium would not of caused your sore throat as i have just been on a course, so dont worry about it, see your doc if it gets worse

HI EVRYONE, I AM A NEWBE HERE. "BUT NOT IN AGE" I HAVE BEEN ON VALIUM FOR 25 YEARS FOR FIBROMALGIA AND ANXIETY. A SORE THROAT IS NOT A SIDE EFFECT THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. excuse the capital letter use, bad habit of mine. I am enjoying all the info. I get by reading all the posts. Good for all of us to help learn what the Docs. don't know or forget? to tell us.
