Default Using Lansoprazole to conteract unkown poison?

Would Loansoprazole (Prevacid) help if an unkown poison has been ingested?

Depends on what was taken. If it's unknown I don't think I would trust it to prevacid. Good luck.

Activated charcoal is an universal antidote, but seeking medical attention is what 's advised.
Previcid only decreases the amount of acid produced in the stomach, and would be useless, and potentially more harmful if the poison was a base, such as bleach or lye.
