I really don't know. But I've always assumed you had to complete the first three weeks of pills in the 28 day cycle ones... I know the last week are just inactives to keep you in the habit of taking them everyday.
I'm sure you could find any info you need online using a search engine such as www.google.com... if not at www.drugs.com itself.

It depends on your zithromax course. If you've just had two "stat" doses - wait 7 days. If you are having a more prolonged course (ie several days), you'll need to wait for 14 days after you've finished. :-)
