Hi, I am looking for any information about the side effects of this drug. I took 2 Tylenol PM in the evening, and the following morning took 2 of these Tylenol Arthritis Extended Release pills. Within 1 hour of taking the latter I had severe dizziness and fell, and for the first time ever had a palputation which was so severe I ended up in the ER. I now have an irregular heartbeat. I have had dizziness for the last few days and constant ringing in my ears. The several doctors I have seen are baffled. I am 39. If this story sounds familiar to anyone please let me know
