Default Tramadol Interactions?

I am currently taking Paxil, Lamictal and Adderall XR, and I also have a prescription for Tramadol, which I haven't used in a while. The pain in my shoulder is back, so I'd like to try taking the Tramadol again, but I know that it may be a problem taking it with Paxil and Adderall. I didn't take my Paxil last night or today...how long do I have to wait before I can take Tramadol safely? Thanks in advance for any help!

Missy ... not a really good idea mixing Adderall, Paxil and Tramadol. Go to the top of this page and look at the Drug Interaction Checker. You can list all of your meds there and the web site will display information for you. I just checked your meds and I would not tell you exactly how many days you should wait. Don't think it's wise for a forum member to make that kind of suggestion. That should come from a dr. But I think you're smart to hold off like you have. Dr may say it's okay to take them all. But I would never tell you that. Good luck.

You're talking possible seizures from an interaction of either the Paxil or Adderall, besides a/d's take over a week to get out of your system, besides Lamictal is an anticonvulsant drug, so you already have disposition to seizures, DON'T risk it. Take a Tylenol instead, or take the pain, and flush the Trams. Be a smart girl.
