How strong is Tramadol compared to hydrocodone?

Tramadol is weaker than Hydocodone. Tramadol is a synthetic central analgesic. Hydrocodone is made from opiates- narcotic based. Hope that helps

mg for mg hydrocodone is 6 times stronger then tramadol. BTW tramadol is the exact same strength as codeine.
Jasminesmommy, I'm pretty sure all narcotic pain killers these days are synthetic, nothing except for heroin comes from the poppy.
