I'm starting Topamax on tuesday just 25mg because I am on remeron and risperdal and both of those have side affects of mayjor weight gain,I have gained 20 pounds in 3 months from being on the 2 of them. I am usually 120 pounds and am now 145 pounds,not good for a woman. I am a little afraid to start because of the side affects. Has anyine used Topamax for weight loss and did it work and if so were the side affects bad??
