HI, the usual dose is 25mg twice a day, once in the morning and once at bedtime> I find them very tiring so I take both at night yet after a week you work yourself into higher doses...I now take 4 25mg pills at bedtime...They work great for prevention of migranes and do cause weight loss. Also they can make things taste different, for instance, they make all soda and beer taste like it has no more carbonation, or "FLAT" so to speak. Hope this helped.
