Default Testosterone Injections for Women

I am a 52-year-old post-menopausal woman. I was just informed by my physician that my testosterone level is too high due to the injections I've been taking. Is there any way to counteract the side effects of this "overdose"? I'm a singer and have lost my singing voice. Would consulting with a gynecologist or endocrinologist be a good avenue to explore? I've been unable to sing for almost a year already. Is there any way to get this hormone out of my body?
