been working for co. for 13 yrs. have gone through random drug tests and always past them. recently i went through another drug test shortly after going to an oral surgeon. my test came back positive for cocaine. will the combination of anasetia and pain pill meperidine test positive for coc?
have you been taking amoxicillin for anything? This is the only substance I have come across for false positives for cocaine. Lydocaine and novocaine are not very similar chemically to cocaine and as far as I know do not share any metabolites (which is what drug tests accually test for).
