 Tegretol Self-induction

Does anyone know anything about the self-induction effect of Tegretol to make it spiked like crazy with no apparent reasons? My scenerio is heavy drinking on Tuesday, 2 ounces of cognac on Wednesday, stroke-like symptoms on Thursday morning with a Tegretol blood level of 109 an hour later at the hospital. Daily dosage is 200mg four times a day. |
