[natty noodle]

Hi!!!!!!!!!! I am a 29 year old woman who has been on Zoloft 100mg. for ten years. Just two years ago i was hospitalized.I thought that i was bipolar so my pychiatrist at the hospital perscribed me to take 500mg. of Depakote along w/ Zoloft. I went back to the hospital shortly after that. I was having alot of anxiety on the Depakote. I was taken off of the Depakote and now i am on Sertraline 150mg., Risperidone 1mg.,and Lamotrigine 150mg. I have Obsessive-Compulsive, Anxiety, Depression symptoms. I have not been told i am Bipolar yet thats what Lamotrigine is. My doctor said the pill is supposed to help w/ my depression. The problem is i already take a pill for depression. He also said that im taking the Lamictal or Lamotrigine for the aggitation i have. I don't seem to think i need to take Lamotrigine. I am also taking a high dose. Again... i have been on only Zoloft for ten years. Risperdal is perscribed to me after coming out of the hospital. Gradually i then taper off the Risperdal too. The risperidone or Risperdal helps me sleep and i have less confusion. i want to taper off the Risperidone and Lamotrigine. Should i get another doctor to take me off these meds and get rid of the one i have now... or taper off the 2 drugs gradually on my own.... i don't think i would end up in the hospital..... ANYBODY TAKING WHAT IM TAKING?ANYONE STRICTLY DEPRESSED AND BEING PERSCRIBED BIPOLAR MEDS???WHAT DO U THINK OF THIS POST???WHAT WOULD U DO???? THANK U I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR REPLYS!!!!!!!!!!!
