Symptoms of long term use of phentermine?

I need some info.on long term use of Phentermine! Any knowledge of this out there ??? I have been using this drug for a very long time and, am having some unexplained medical conditions. I have been to 3 skin specialist with no explanations to what is going on. I read somewhere that abnormal skin conditions are a symptom of long term use of this drug. Any feedback???
