Swollen Legs - no diagnosis

My legs have been swollen for over 6 weeks now. All tests came back normal...no blood clots, no fluid retention, no blockage in heart, kidneys OK. I have been on Norvasc for almost 3 years now but just read that swollen legs are a side effect of Norvasc. Does anyone know if I can get this side effect after all this time? Dr. did double the dosage about 6 mos. ago. Appreciate any input...thanks.
