Hoping someone can be of help! I have been on 10 mg. of methadone 3xday for about 2 months but am now switching to MSIR 15 mg. 4 x day due to the fact that the meth just stopped working and it was making me sleepy! I really liked the meth at first and it really helped with my pain but after those 2months the pain came back and I couldn't keep my eyes open...

I took 5 mg. of meth this morning and then filled my script of morphine today and took that. Is it not working because I have the meth in my system? I really can't tell that I have taken the morphine all day and that has me worried. I was taking percocet with the meth for breakthru pain so I took a perc this evening because the pain was so bad...

I hope tomorrow is better...I go back to PM doc in 2 wks for a check on this med so atleast it's not a whole month I have to wait...
