Hi, I have called my dr. and they won't call back, yet anyway. I was on effexor xr for almost 1 year and 2 weeks ago he switched me to wellbutrin, is it normal to feel jittery and more anxious and really lightheaded at first? well this is the first week i've been on only the wellbutrin. i was on all. I am also on clonzapam. Also, I was wondering what the side effects are if you go out and drink afew beers on this I did on efferxor and there were really none. But i was wondering about on wellbutrin? Could someone please help me, since these so called dr.s only want to prescribe stuff and then bot anser youir questions to anything!!! Lori

I was highly jittery while taking wellbutrin. I took it for 2 years and not only did I always shake, but I had insomnia as well even as I cut back my dosage. Don't know about alcohol. Probably dangerous with the clorazepan depending on how much is a few drinks for you. Wellbutrin acted more like speed than anything else.
