cant seem to find what this drug does, apart from its a type 3 Anti-physcotic drug for schizephrenia.

My mother has emigrated to spain a few years ago and has been on this medication for over 20 years and her Spanish GP decided she didnt need them anymore. Bad Idea! She has gone completely mad. (Understatement of the year!) She has now been prescribed with Besitran, Alprazolam and Propranolol. What is going on? Obviously not speaking spanish my mother and her husband dont really know whats happening either! Why would the doctor do this and why completely change her medication after such a long time, she is completely suicidal. [xx(]
