Subutex Question

I am now taking 120mg of methadone and 90mg of oxycodone ( for breaktrough pain) for pain due to 3 herniated discs. The medecene does very little for pain and my pain doctor says I have hit the cieling as far as meds go( I don't believe her but that is another story)My question is how much of my dosages do I have to lower in order to start recieving Subutex therapy?? I am terrible when it comes to withdrawl. I would have to take alot of time off work If I did do it. Can someone help me with this.

SubT or SubO isn't really used much for chronic pain. I've read they want people to be in W/D for a day first. Good luck trying to get off Methadone, very few people are able to voluntarily.
