Suboxone and my drug test..HELP!

Well I have been on suboxone for about a week or so and I have a standard 5-panel oral swab test going on tomarrow (friday may 22). Now from what I have heard suboxone must be tested for specifically. So my question is will it show up on the test at all or will it show up as an unknown??? Any information helps..thanks!!
