Default Strength Identification?

Can you logically guess pills strength by prefix?
such as hydro- oxy- ultra- etc.

No, the prefix to the chemical name has no indication the strength of the drug. In the case of Hydro, there are plenty of meds that are not pain meds that start with Hydro.... Hydrochlorothiazide, Hydroxychloroquine, ect ect. The prefix has no indication of strength.
