Stomach pains with Zithromax and Prevacid?

I recently had a 3 day bout with abdominal cramping after eating. After doing an Endoscopy, my doctor put me on Prrevacid and Zithromax with Bismuth tabs. My pain immediately increased to the point of being unbearable! Has anyone else had GI problems with either of these two drugs? I took myself off of them.
