I have been taking Tramadol for 2 1/2 years and taking about 20-22 50mg tabs daily (the cost is outragous, no insurance)but after reading some of the other pages in this site-maybe there is something that would work better. I have Spondylolisthesis with lateral spinal stenosis, bilateral sciatic radiculitis, trochanteric bursitis bilaterally,cyst growth on vertibrae and spontaneous paralysis in both legs (legs give out when they feel like), am 43 yrs old. I have to wait another 2 1/2 months before my doctor will see me because I have just stopped smoking for 2 weeks so far(he wanted me to do this over a year ago). Did not think I could do it, but it is actually easy!!!!!!!!! But any medication ideas will help thank you.

why haven't they got you on morphine.You can take sustained release pills of morphine 3 times a day.This stuff your on now wouldn't work on a paper cut.Are you able to go to a pain clinic, they can handle your pain issues better then a gp........Good Luck....Dave

My doctor is a spinal specialist and has also invented the LTX3000 Spinal Chair--he's great but annoying and stubburn. He will not see me untill I've stopped smoking for 3 months! It has taken over a year for me to stop but it is coming easy this time-seriously!!! So I have had to order all my medications thru the internet and do not know what to use differently. Anyway TU for your info!
