Soma (Carisoprodol) 350 mg, 250 mg

Interested in the difference between the two dosages. Patient had been prescribed 350mg, and had an inverse reaction. Instead of relaxing muscle spasms, it had increased the hyperactivity of the spasms.

Anyone had a similar problem or issue? Please advise.
If any other suggestions for alternative medication come to mind, please do note so.
