I pulled a muscle in my back while sleeping about three days ago and
the pain was unreal;i couldent even turn side to side.
My room-mate gave me a soma and i took it.It was 10 mg.
Well i get urine tested every month for cocain and when i went in
opiates were listed on my drug test sheet.Ive never taken an opiat
befor.I dont drink alot of water and i weigh about 150.
its had been two-three days before my drug test when i took it.

Do you think it will show up in my urine test?

Soma is a muscle relaxer and is unrelated to opiates. It should not show up on a urine test for opiates.

Mace - Soma doesn't come in a 10mg form. The lowest is 350mg. It sounds more like your roommate gave you something like hydrocodone (Lortab, Vicodin, etc.). Also it could have been something like Valium. It is the 10mg that I am going off of.

Most work-related drug screening are looking for things like cocaine, or very high levels of opiates like hydrocodone. Most likely if you only took the 1 pill and it was a couple of days before your test it won't show. However, if it does, insist on being retested for a false positive. Within that timeframe the drug should be completely out of your system.
