Default Singulair side effects-fingers tingle/numb

My daughter is on Singulair and just finished a short course of Prednisone about 4 days ago. She now has a feeling of pins and needles and numbness in her hands and feet and they feel cold. Under Singulair side effects that you must tell your doctor right away it says: a feeling of pins and needles or numbness in arms or legs. She called her doctor this morning, left a message and he never called her back. Is she to assume that it is not serious and that it will just go away on its own, or is this doctor a real jerk for completely ignoring her call??? Advil helps a little, but she is concerned. What should she do?

Smile Me too

I am on both singulair and prednisone for a few months; the tingling I live with its in both hands and feet, legs. I am assuming it will go away if I stop the singulair or prednisone. Docs don't understand why its happening.
