I can't tell you what the cr is but the sr stands for slow release. You will see these cr, sr, er, etc. on your drug labels and they all have to do with the way the tablet is released into your system.

I have a question for you. I am on sinemet and have been for several weeks for restless leg syndrome. Are you take it for the same reason and if you are is it working for you.
