Default Side effects from Zoloft or something else??

I have been taking 100mg of Zoloft for about 9 months now and I just stopped taking them. It says on the bottle that you should not abruptly stop and I kind of did. Thing is, I don't remember feeling like this when I stopped taking them before and it was the same dosage. I have been feeling light headed/dizzy and a constant headache. Now I have been feeling sick to my stomach and some short abrupt pains to my chest. I have been feeling this way for 3 days now.I am not sure if this is a side effect or if its something else. My left arm is swollen from the elbow down but I do not see any bug bite marks, spider marks, or anything of that kind. I had been working outside putting a roof on my barn and since than I have been feeling this way. I have lost my appetite and NOTHING takes the headache away. I am new to this area and I am worried it could be more than a side effect from stopping the Zoloft. Possibly some kind of spider bite. I live in Florida. Thanks!
