Question Side effects from Lexapro and prednisone, need to call Dr.?

I've been having some problems with swelling in my neck over the past couple weeks, so my Dr. prescribed me Prednisone to see if it would make it go down. I just started taking it friday, and he also gave me a months worth of a Lexapro sample for anxiety.

I'm a reader, so naturally I've read everything I can about both of these and noticed side effects only a couple hours of taking the first dose of both pills. I think most of the side effects are coming from the prednisone, (nausea, back pain/restless legs and headaches), and the paper has the backache and headaches listed under the "call as soon as possible" section of the side effects. I have also noticed some changes coming from the Lexapro too, and so has my family. I've been kind of...hyper and talkitive (which is uncommon for me), but I kind of though thats what Lexapro was supposed to do, so I don't understand why its listed under side effects? I've also been really bad about bouncing my legs and tapping my fingers since I've started too, I've always had that bouncing leg problem but its been a little worse since Friday.

Most of those side effects worsened when I was trying to go to bed last night, and so far today I've only had mild nausea (compared to friday), one headache and so far no backache. .

Anyway, my question is is any of these things really that severe that I might need to call the Dr. Monday? I know I'll give it the rest of the weekend and see how it goes, but if its still the same my dad says I need to call and find out. I've been taking some tylenol to help with the headaches and backache and it helps for a while. My follow up appt. isn't until Sept. 25th, too.

The dosages are:
10mg lexapro once a day
20 mg prednisone, 3 times a day for 3 days, 2 a day for 3 days, 1 a day for 3 days, then half of one for 3 days.

Oh, one more thing is, the lexapro had seemed to make me feel better than I have (unless its just in my head), so I'm wondering how much would a prescription be for this, or if there are any cheaper generics for it, incase it does help and I want to stay on it for a while longer?
