Had a bad reaction to increase in celexa, experienced syndrome at 40 mgs. Stopped meds for 5 days, then restarted at 20 mg. Still feel out of it withing one hour of taking dose, gradually wears off over 5 hours.
Once someone had had serotonin syndrome, should the causing med be stopped forever? Does this rule out all other ssri's?
