Yes, as long as it is pharmacy licenses in the US, you can use your prescription, and it is just as legal as walking into your local pharmacy and getting it filled there.
The new generics do work well, so why are you so worried about having the name brand? I use the generic 10mg Oxycontin, and 5mg Oxycodone IR, and they work great, no problems.
