Default roxicet?

a client of mine has been taking percocet 10mg for past 2 years for chronic pain. Her MD has switched her to Drug Name
Roxicet
Strength(s)
325 mg-5 mg
Imprint
54 543

I am a crisis case manager. My concern is that my clients MD is not taking into consideration her problems with addiction? Is the Roxicet a stronger form or a weaker form of the Percocet 10mg? Or how do these compare? I am not super familar with Roxicet

Roxicet has the same chemical in it as percocet - oxycodone. If the roxicet are 5 milligrams then they are weaker than the 10 milligram percocet. I'm pretty sure.
