Question question about doxycycline and vitamins

Hi. I have been taking doxycycl hyc pills (which I believe is the same as doxycycline) to treat acne.

According to this page on drugs.com, (http://www.drugs.com/doxycycline.html) "Do not take iron supplements, multivitamins, calcium supplements, antacids, or laxatives within 2 hours before or after taking doxycycline. These products can make doxycycline less effective."

I have stopped taking my multivitamin with my doxycyl hyc pills. But in the mornings I like to eat cereals that have vitamins in them. (I always take my pills after I eat breakfast.) Should I stop eating these cereals in the morning? One of the cereals I am eating has calcium 4% and iron 8%. Some of the cereals I like to eat have about 10 or more vitamins that might be 10%, 25%, 50%, or 100%.

Thanks so much!!!
