I have been on Prozac for 2 years And just decided to stop taken it ... without thinken that it could harm me by just doing it all at once is there major or even minor side effects that you go through when you stop taken it ? I know that they say it takes 4-8 weeks to get into your system is it the same when you quit taken it for your body to reliaze it doesnt have it anymore n what are some signs of some of the things that you could go through after the time it takes to get out of your system ? I apperciate any help I can get on this matter

why do you want to stop? if you think it isn't working for you anymore, i would talk to the doctor about trying something else. i would not stop taking it without discussing it with the doctor first.
