I am suffering from a SEVERE case of some sleep disorder. I fall asleep several times a day. Only thing that helps me is LARGE doses of
Provigil: 800 mg's first thing in a.m.; 400 mg's around 4; and if I have a "late" event (dinner party, etc.) I have to take another 200 to keep me awake as late as 12. Anyone else out there finding that only large doses are effective. My doctor is now trying to add
Concerta, but it is useless: worse than before because I become agitated and nauseous. [|)]
