I can't find any information on the relatively new drug Protos (Strontium) for treating osteoporosis. Can someone share? Also, can it be used with calcitonin? Many thanks.

I have been taking this for 15 months. It is available in about 83 countries, western Europe, Asia, Australia...not in US. It has been in use about 15 years?

My results have been most positive. I took Fosamax with success for 5-6 years which is the maximum it is suposed to be used, per my doctor. I find no side effects.
