Default pregnancy and drug interactions

I discovered that I am going to be a mother. I am 39 years old, weigh 150 lbs and am 5'6''. I am about 2-4 weeks along in my pregnancy. However, I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I take medications for this, including, Carisoprodol (350 mg), Midrin (for headaches), Paxil (12.5 mg) and Hycoclear--for cough and sinus problems. I take these meds, usually, at night, before bedtime. I'd like to know if anyone has any thoughts or comments on how to handle the meds while being pregnant. Theoretically, I should not take any of these meds. However, I've read the interactions for these meds, and they're not very specific on what could happen if I continue these meds. Thank you for your assistance.

It is best you talk this over with your doctor.
Your doctor will weigh up the risks versus the benefits.
