Prednisone and Heart Disease

I read on this site that if you had certain conditions you should not take prednisone or discuss with your doctor. One of them was heart disease. It didn't say why someone shouldn't take it. Would it Affect you seriously if you have mitrovalve prolaps I satrted taking it today and I have a slight headache and some dizzinness.
