ACETAMINOPHEN 650mgs -HYDROCODONE 7.5mgs (Lortab(R) Elixir) is a combination of two different types of pain medicine and is used to treat moderate to severe pain.

**There is no M359 on the other side.So I'm not sure this is correct. If anyone else knows please response.

Try to be correct! But not always successful!

Yes, as far as I can tell M 358 and M 359 are two different pills. I don't know of any with double imprints like that.

    Here's an image of M 359:

    and M 358:

The only difference being the amount of Acetaminophen, this one only has 500mgs.

I am wondering if you have a mismarked pill or possibly a fraudulently manufactured one?

I have checked all my >> resources and none list a pill with both of those on the same pill.

These are both manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they don't list any with double imprints either, they are both listed as seperate pills.

    Please see the website:

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~

M358 And M 359 Are Two Separate Pills. Sounds Like Something Is Fishy With That One. They Are Both The Hydrocodone With Differnt Amounts Of Acetaminophen In Them But I Have Never Heard Of Those Two Identifiers On The Same Pill. I Would Take That One To A Pharmacy And Let Your Local Pharmacists Help You On The Identifacation Of The Pill Or Just Simply Flush The Darn Thing.

I'm Not A Pharmacist Or A Medical Doctor. This Message Is Not Medical Advice Or Is It An Offer To Provide Medical Advice. All Drug I.Ds Should Be Validated By A Licensed MD Or Pharmacist. But I Do Enjoy Helping If I Can.
